Victoria Ip is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at R3 Government Solutions since June 2022, Victoria previously held the position of Staffing Specialist at YRCI from December 2019 to June 2022. Early career experience includes roles as a Staffing Specialist Associate at YRCI and as a Waitress at Olive Garden from October 2015 to December 2019, as well as a brief stint as a Samsung Experience Consultant in mid-2015. Victoria holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, attained between 2013 and 2018, and completed high school at West Springfield High School from 2009 to 2013.
