Dorkas Koenen

Dorkas Koenen currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (Executive Vice President) at Rabobank Groep since 2017, overseeing marketing activities for Domestic Retail Banking in the Netherlands. Previously, Dorkas held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Committee member at Essent, and has experience in senior marketing roles at Robeco, Fortis, Vodafone, and the Ministerie van Algemene Zaken. In 2023, Dorkas authored and published the book ‘Bergen liegen niet,’ documenting a solo cycling trip from the Netherlands to Rome. Educational qualifications include a Master of Marketing from TIAS School for Business and Society and a degree in Political Sciences & Public Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
