Glenn F. is an experienced professional in data quality and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Global W&R Data Quality Centre of Expertise at Rabobank since January 2019. In this role, Glenn oversees a global team of Data Quality Consultants, focusing on enhancing Global Default Data quality for internal Credit Risk model development in the Wholesale and Rural business sectors. Additionally, Glenn has held various strategic positions within Rabobank, including Program Lead for the implementation of a new Target Operating Model and as a Digital Strategy Consultant, driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Rabobank, Glenn worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Innovation Lead for Capital Markets and has a diverse background in project management, strategic consulting, and organizational change from roles at PostNL, Berenschot, and other firms. Glenn holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Strategic Change & Organizational Behaviour from the University of Groningen and has completed several specialized courses in financial markets and agile methodologies.
