Rosi Rivera

Rosi Rivera is an experienced customer success manager currently working at Trengo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rosi served as an account manager at Magno IT Recruitment from March 2019 to June 2022 and as a research associate at PeopleAT from June 2016 to March 2019. Rosi's career began as an executive assistant in the Life Sciences and Consumer Practices at Heidrick & Struggles from May 2014 to May 2016, following an internship in Compensation and Organizational Design at Consorcio Ara from August 2009 to June 2011. Rosi holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Groningen (2018-2019), a Master’s degree in Psychology from Centro de Estudios de Posgrado de la Asociación Psicoanalítica Mexicana (2016-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México (2009-2013). High school education was completed at Colegio Marymount from 2006 to 2009.
