Tonnishtha Dasgupta

Tonnishtha Dasgupta is a Risk Model Engineer at Rabobank since September 2019, following a robust academic background in engineering and physics. Tonnishtha earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Utrecht University, focusing on soft condensed matter physics, computer simulations, and statistical mechanics. Prior to this, Tonnishtha completed an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, with a thesis on flue-gas adsorption using functionalized graphene and metal-organic frameworks. Tonnishtha began a career in engineering with an internship at BOC India, working on an air separation unit, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
