Tony Wong

Tony Wong is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at Race Capital since February 2023, Tony co-founded and led SHOPLINE as CEO from June 2013 until its acquisition by JOYY Inc in December 2022. Prior to SHOPLINE, Tony was Co-Founder and CTO at Viss Me Co & Ltd and held various roles including Project Manager at Next Digital Limited and Software Engineer at TVB.COM Limited and Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited. Tony began their career with internships at Deloitte and Invensys before working as a Commissioning Engineer at Vanderlande Industries. Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Information System Management from HKUST Business School.
