Jana Bradova

Jana Bradova is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in scaling HR operations and supporting organizational growth across various companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Race Communications, Jana has successfully led HR operations during rapid expansions and implemented innovative systems that have significantly improved inquiry response times. Previous roles include partnering with executive leadership to establish HR functions at Race and serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Floor Store, where foundational HR processes were developed. Jana also holds experience in managing leave of absence cases at Amazon and leading a team at Ascent Services Group to support numerous clients. Jana holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has an Associate's equivalent degree from the Technical School of Business in Zvolen, Slovakia.
