Alison Kelsey

Alison Kelsey currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Race Winning Brands, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this, Alison was with Rekluse Motor Sports for over 14 years, starting as a Marketing Coordinator and advancing through various roles, including Export Manager and General Manager. In these capacities, Alison optimized operations, executed global sales strategies, and focused on brand development and marketing within international markets. Alison's early career included a role in finance at Carl's Cycle Sales from June 2007 to April 2010, where responsibility included arranging financing options for customers. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
