Melanie Ortlieb

Melanie Ortlieb serves as an Advisory Board Member for the WIFI (Women in the Footwear Industry) at the Two Ten Footwear Foundation since January 2025, contributing to initiatives that promote women in the footwear sector. Currently, Melanie is the Senior Director of Planning and Allocation and previously held the position of Director of Merchandising at Rack Room Shoes since December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Merchandise Planning Manager at Family Dollar, Senior Planning Manager at The Limited, and various roles at DSW, including Store Planning Manager. Earlier career roles include Merchandise Planner and Testing Analyst at Lane Bryant, and Billing Analyst at Qwest. Melanie Ortlieb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
