John Keegan

John Keegan is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital strategy and managed hosting services. As the founder of Rackshare LLC since 1999, Keegan developed PressHarbor, a WordPress managed hosting service utilized by notable clients such as George Washington University and FOX News. In the role of Chief Technology Officer at The Publisher Desk from December 2021 to April 2024, Keegan enhanced technology practices for ad-supported digital publishers. Previous positions include Director of Digital Strategy at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, VP of Technology Strategy at NBC News Digital, and VP of Web Services at Fox News Channel. Keegan also served as Director of Web Services at Net Access and Japan Marketing Director at Newsbytes News Network. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Georgia.
