Adhil Badat

Adhil Badat serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan at Rackspace Technology, where responsibilities include driving growth and operational efficiency while fostering a positive work culture. Previously, Adhil held the position of Director of Customer Success for the APJ region, leading initiatives to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction. Adhil's prior experience includes roles at Telstra as Senior Lead in Technology and Solution Sales, at DXC Technology as Account Delivery Executive, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in various account management roles. Adhil's educational qualifications include an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, as well as a Diploma in Information Technology from TAFE NSW.
