Kathy leads Rackspace Technology’s global marketing organization, bringing extensive experience in brand development, messaging refinement and demand generation for B2B technology. Having started her marketing career as a brand manager at Kraft Foods Mexico living in Mexico City, Kathy shifted to the technology sector when she joined Dell in 1999. There, she held various marketing leadership roles based initially in Austin and then in London, where she lived more than 16 years before returning to the U.S. Following Dell, Kathy led the global marketing organization at Criteo during their evolution to a public company while doubling revenues. She then joined Level 3 Communications where she led Marketing and Product for the EMEA region. Throughout her career she has worked closely with leading cloud hyper-scale partners, particularly while CMO at Sungard Availability Services, and most recently at KX, the data analytics software business unit of FD Technologies, where she was CMO.
In addition to an MBA in Marketing and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
