Kellie Teal-Guess brings over 30 years of experience in Global Human Resources with a strong background in Strategy, M&A Integration, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Kellie most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Cynosure, a medical device company located in Boston, and before that, as EVP, Chief People Officer at CyrusOne. In both roles, she led Global Human Resources and internal Real Estate. Before CyrusOne, Kellie was with ProQuest LLC for four years. Prior to that, she was with Dell Corporation for over nine years as the Executive Director, Human Resources, supporting more than 18,000 employees in its global Services Delivery group.
Kellie holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an M.P.A. and B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
