Dotti Sing

Dotti Sing is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communications at RACV since May 2018, Dotti drives enterprise-wide communications strategies that enhance company culture and values for over 3,500 employees across Australia. Previous roles included leading a three-year change and communications strategy at RACV and serving as a Communications Specialist for Telstra, where successful management of large-scale employee forums was achieved. Dotti's background also encompasses significant contributions to internal communications at organizations such as CitiPower, Australian Unity, and Queensland Health, with a solid educational foundation in Marketing and International Business from QUT and a certificate in change management.
