Rachael Spicer

Rachael Spicer has extensive experience in project management and governance within the energy and home services sectors, currently serving as the Head of Governance & Special Projects at RACV since 2016. Previously, Rachael held various leadership roles at RACV, including Head of Program, Partnerships & Risk, and Head of Projects & Governance. Earlier career highlights include positions at La Trobe University as the Manager of the Access and Achievement Research Unit, and independent consultancy work at AmbitionZ Pty Ltd. Rachael's project management expertise was further developed through roles at NEC Australia and CenITex, among others. Rachael holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Monash University.
