Nicolai Giling

Nicolai Giling currently serves as the Directeur Bedrijfsvoering Onderzoeksinstituut at Radboudumc, leading the transformation of the institute to improve research collaboration. With a strong background in management, Nicolai has held various significant positions at Radboudumc, including Managing Director of the Radboudumc Instituut for Molecular Life Sciences and the Dental department, where achievements included successful accreditation of the JCI quality program and overseeing complex financial projects. As the owner of Giling Acquisitie & Advies, Nicolai provides expertise in optimizing organizational operations. Previous experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Capgemini Nederland and Director at Road Feeder Management Europe B.V., along with foundational positions in KLM Cargo. Nicolai holds an MBA in Business Economics from the University of Groningen, a Certified Supply Chain Professional designation, and a Master's in Change Management.
