Tom Hofste

Tom Hofste is an experienced professional in the field of human genetics, currently serving as the Head of the Core Facility for Genome Diagnostics at Radboudumc since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Central Genome Analysis Laboratory. Additionally, Tom has held the role of Process Manager for Lab Automation within the same department. Since December 2016, Tom has also been the owner of Tombotics Lab Support, providing specialized assistance for life science applications, particularly with Hamilton Robotics devices. Prior experience includes working as an Application Specialist at Hamilton Robotics from 2011 to 2015 and as a Senior Technician and Technician at UMC St Radboud from 2005 to 2011, contributing to DNA diagnostics services. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
