Rany Shochat

Rany Shochat is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in research and development, currently serving as AVP R&D at RADCOM since November 2013. In this role, Rany directs a global, interdisciplinary division focused on product development and delivery in collaboration with major service providers. Previous positions at RADCOM include R&D Group Manager, R&D Group Leader, and R&D Team Leader, where Rany successfully managed cross-functional teams, oversaw project execution, and implemented innovative software development practices. Prior to RADCOM, Rany held leadership roles at MediaMind, advancing analytics and verification web development, and contributed as a software engineer and QA engineer. Rany obtained a BA in Computer Science from The Interdisciplinary Center.
