Mark Weiss

Mark Weiss serves as the General Counsel at Radia, Inc. since July 2020, where the focus is on the WindRunner™, a cutting-edge aircraft designed for efficient oversized cargo delivery. Previously, from December 2017 to January 2022, Mark was an Advisory Board Member at NotMe Solutions, Inc., advising on business and legal matters related to a SaaS product addressing workplace misconduct. Mark held the position of Chief Business Officer & General Counsel at FanDragon Technologies, Inc. from March 2019 to May 2020, reshaping mobile ticket distribution through innovative technology. Prior consulting experience includes serving as a Senior Business/Legal Executive at Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC, and a tenure at Staples as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary, where leadership spanned multiple teams and the successful closure of over 60 global M&A transactions. Earlier roles include a Senior Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and a Law Clerk at the United States District Court of Massachusetts. Mark holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Economics and History from Amherst College.
