Ildefonso Leyva

Ildefonso graduated from the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON) with a degree in industrial engineering. He has a master's degree in productive systems engineering, as well as an MBA. He began his career in the automotive market, with a focus on quality and process engineering. In 2007, he joined Radiall as Quality Manager of the recently inaugurated Obregón facility. Since then, Ildefonso has held various industrial positions in manufacturing, quality, and plant management at the Mexican site. He has been in charge of Continuous Improvement at a corporate level since 2019. In July 2021, he was appointed Vice President of Operational Excellence.
