Dominic Gus Lin

Dominic Gus Lin serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Radiant since June 2025, previously holding the position of Vice President, Global Supply Chain Operations and Program Management at Divergent, where significant achievements included a 7x increase in production output and a 91% on-time delivery rate. Prior experience at SpaceX spanned various roles, including oversight of the Starlink project, procurement, and supply chain strategies, contributing to successful product launches and operational efficiencies. Earlier roles included positions at Raytheon Technologies, Northrop Grumman, and J Marle Co. Dominic holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has participated in leadership initiatives across several organizations, alongside advisory roles in professional associations and social movements.
