Kristian Kabashi is an experienced executive currently serving as COO of Radicant Holding since January 2025, where the focus is on integrating private and SME banking with innovative business administration solutions. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Numarics since February 2020, Kristian leads a team providing top-tier bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services through a sophisticated SaaS solution. Prior roles include significant positions at dentsu international, where Kristian held multiple titles, including EVP and Global Executive Director of Business Transformation, as well as Managing Director at YouGov Schweiz and various operational leadership roles at gyro and Havas. Kristian's career began at tilllate AG as Director of Business Development.
