Amanda Jacques

Amanda Jacques is an experienced supply chain analyst and customer service account manager at Radio Frequency Systems since June 2017. Prior roles at Verizon from October 2001 to March 2017 include positions in customer retention, operations coordination, global enterprise advising, and federal account management, where Amanda developed long-term customer partnerships and resolved escalated concerns. Earlier experience includes serving as a department manager at Walmart, where Amanda provided one-on-one customer service. Amanda is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Middlesex Community College, having previously completed high school at Lyman Hall High School.
