Prior to his appointment, he served as Global Chief Executive Officer of Radisson Hospitality Inc., as Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group, and as Deputy General Manager at Disneyland Paris. He also worked at Procter & Gamble in Madrid, Brussels, and Stockholm, and served as Country Head of Portugal.
