Stefan Henss

Stefan Henss currently serves as the Head of Regional Customer Operations at Radisys Corporation, overseeing Customer Program Management and Technical Support for the company's solutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Stefan held roles such as Customer Delivery Head and Client Partner at Tech Mahindra, managing large-scale Digital and IT Transformation Programs for Tier-1 Telco customers and taking responsibility for the P&L with Vodafone Germany. As Head of Customer Business Line at DynaCommerce, an e-commerce startup acquired by Tech Mahindra, Stefan managed the Vodafone Customer Business Line. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Optiva Inc. focused on IoT and energy solutions, Nokia overseeing business in the Middle East and Africa, and Siemens in Optical Networks, where Stefan led product management, sales, R&D, and customer service. Stefan holds a PhD in Physics from the Technical University of Munich.
