Lily Mignogna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lily began their career as a Customer Service Intern at Schneider National in 2012, and later held the position of Global Recruitment Leader and Manager of the Driver Screening Center. In 2015, they joined liveBooks, Inc. as a Customer Care and Support Specialist, and was later promoted to the position of Senior Support Specialist. Lily transitioned to Higher Logic in 2018 as an Implementation Project Manager, where they remained until 2019. Their most recent role was with Radius Networks Inc. where they served as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of Customer Success in August 2020. Lily continues to hold this position.
