Karen von Boetticher

Karen von Boetticher is an experienced leader in organizational development and internal communications, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. With a focus on aligning programs for over 11,000 employees, Karen has collaborated with senior leadership in previous roles to design impactful strategies for workforce engagement. As the owner of Karen von Boetticher Consulting, Karen specializes in coaching and consulting to enhance individual and organizational success. Previous positions include Director of Executive Communications at Marriott Vacations Worldwide and roles at AMN Healthcare and The Binding Site, where Karen managed learning and development functions and led change management initiatives.
