Katherine Williams, Ph.D., is a seasoned child and adolescent psychologist with extensive experience in clinical leadership and program development. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development & Clinical Innovations at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego since July 2005, Katherine focuses on enhancing the quality and efficiency of outpatient psychiatric care. As the founding director of the pediatric anxiety and OCD specialty program, Katherine established critical services tailored to meet specific clinical needs. In addition to direct clinical roles, Katherine holds the position of Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine, overseeing the child and adolescent psychology training program. Katherine also founded the Center for Child & Adolescent Testing, which specializes in comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University and extensive training in clinical child psychology.
