Achmad Victor Pongilatan has extensive experience in security and loss prevention within the hospitality industry, starting with an officer role at PT BASS from 2001 to 2004. Following this, Achmad held the position of Loss Prevention Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from November 2009 to July 2012, before transitioning to The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas as a Security Officer from August 2012 to July 2014. Since October 2014, Achmad has been serving as a Security Officer at Raffles Jakarta, while also holding the title of Officer at Raffles Hotel Jakarta during the same period.
