Denys Khromov has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Denys is the Co-Founder of Ragnarök Group since September 2017. At EIS Group Ltd, they served as the VP of Global Expansion, where they developed and implemented global business expansion strategies. Denys also held the position of Managing Director for Ukraine and Belarus, responsible for operations, team development, and customer satisfaction. Denys was also a Delivery Manager and Regional Manager at EIS Group Ltd, where they controlled multiple projects and increased office productivity. Prior to that, they worked as a Resource Pool Manager and Project Manager at EPAM Systems, and as a Technical Account Manager and Account Manager at gDev. Denys also worked as a Project Manager and PMO Coach at SoftServe, managing various projects. Denys began their career as the CEO of Oberon Game Club and later served as the IT Head of the sector of the corp business at Bank Finance and Credit LLC. Overall, they have a strong background in managing projects, leading teams, and driving business growth.
Denys Khromov completed their education from 1999 to 2004 at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, earning a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Sales: Closing Strategies" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
