Hye Young Cheong

Hye Young (Heather) Cheong currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Director at RAI Institute since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hye Young held several positions at CIRCOR International, Inc., including Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO, Director of Compensation & HR Analytics, and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits from December 2017 to September 2022. Hye Young also gained significant experience in compensation at GSK as an Associate Director and at Novartis Vaccines in various roles, including Associate Director and Compensation Manager. Hye Young's career began with an HR internship at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics and a research assistant position at Hay Group Korea. Hye Young holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by early education at Asheville School.
