Seun Araromi

Seun Araromi is a Roboticist Research Scientist at The AI Institute since October 2023, with a rich background in robotics research. Previously, Seun served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University from January 2016 to October 2023, focusing on soft sensing technologies for wearable robotics, and at EPFL from October 2012 to November 2015. Earlier research efforts included work as a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Bristol from October 2008 to April 2012, concentrating on the fabrication, modeling, and development of multilayer EAP bending actuators. Seun holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master of Engineering from the same institution.
