Michaela Kubyova

Michaela Kubyova, FCCA, CIA, ACC, serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Raiffeisenbank a.s. since September 2015, utilizing extensive banking industry knowledge and audit expertise to lead and innovate within the audit function. With a strong focus on team leadership and process optimization, Michaela has successfully reorganized the audit team and implemented new procedures. Since March 2013, Michaela has also been active as a coach and mentor, specializing in leadership development. Prior experience includes over a decade at Ernst & Young, where Michaela held positions from Senior Manager to Partner, managing client portfolios, directing audit strategies, and overseeing large teams across various sectors. Earlier in the career, Michaela worked at Andersen, managing client relationships and teams. Academically, Michaela holds a Master's degree from Prague University of Economics and Business and has pursued further education in coaching and development.
