Anthony Serafine is an experienced technical services manager with a proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing support operations at RailComm since November 2009. Achievements include implementing Citrix GotoAssist remote support solutions and instituting a customer-first service mentality. In previous roles, Anthony served as a Software Application Engineer, focusing on railroad automation systems, and as a Systems Engineer at Fujifilm e-Systems, where responsibilities included field installs and quality assurance for kiosk products. Anthony holds two Associate's degrees in Business Management and Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College.
