Nicole Caldwell is an experienced denim designer with a solid background in fashion design and education. Currently serving as a Denim Designer at Rails since August 2021, Nicole is responsible for the design and development of both core and fashion denim collections. In addition to this role, Nicole has been a CalAPS Fashion Instructor for the Bellflower Unified School District since August 2019, where instruction focuses on the fundamentals of fashion design and merchandising for high school students. Previous experience includes positions as a Women's Denim Associate Designer at AG Jeans and Associate Denim Designer at Boyish, in which responsibilities encompassed the creation of various denim styles and washes. Nicole's earlier career involved roles at REVOLVE and Alliance Apparel, contributing to denim product development and production tasks. With a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design from California State University, Long Beach, and further education at the University of San Diego, Nicole combines practical industry experience with academic knowledge to drive creative initiatives in fashion.
