Tatianna Valdez is an experienced Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator at Rails since March 2021, specializing in omni-channel customer communication, strategic sales techniques, and product awareness. Previously, Tatianna held roles as a Style Advisor and Custom Clothier at Knot Standard and as a Clubhouse Stylist and Wardrobe Specialist at Trunk Club, where Tatianna developed expertise in styling, merchandising, and relationship management. Tatianna began at Trunk Club as an Associate Stylist, focusing on client wardrobe needs and sales metrics. Earlier experience includes serving as a Keyholder at Grand Central Clothing, Inc., a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom, and various positions in event coordination and leasing. Tatianna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Retailing and Consumer Science from the University of Arizona.
