Joe Steele has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Joe began their career as an IT Engineer at HealthSystems Consulting LLP in 2011 and then transitioned to Trams Ltd in 2012, where they worked as a Technical Consultant until 2018. In 2018, they joined Starling Bank as a Workplace Technology Manager and later became the Head of Workplace Technology. Currently, Joe holds the position of Global Head of Workplace Technology at Railsr since 2021.
Joe Steele attended Guildford College from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Computing HND degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Jamf 300 exam from Jamf in October 2017, the CJA certification from Jamf in March 2017, and the Casper Certified Engineer certification from JAMF Software in February 2016. Joe also holds the Apple Certified Support Professional OS X 10.9 and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator OS X 10.9 certifications from Apple, both obtained in October 2014. Earlier in June 2014, they achieved the Meru Certified Engineer (MCE) certification from Meru Networks. Joe has also pursued the Casper Certified Administrator certification from Jamf, the Cinegy Certified Engineer certification from Cinegy GmbH, the Lightspeed Systems Mobile Manager Administrator certification from Lightspeed Systems, and the OS X Server Essentials 10.9 certification from Apple, although the dates of attainment are not specified for these certifications.
