Orly Doron has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Orly served as the HR Director at Rail Vision Ltd starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at UCL Group from 2019 to 2020. Orly also held the position of Head of HR at TeamNetcom LTD from 2004 to 2018. Orly began their career as a Store Manager in the retail industry at Opticana in 2002.
Orly Doron has a Master's degree in Sociology from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bar-Ilan University. Orly is currently pursuing an organizational consulting diploma at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, starting in 2018.

Rail Vision is the leading provider of obstacle detection & classification systems in the railway industry.
