Jennifer Swank has extensive work experience in the financial industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Bank of America as an AVP, Government Claims, where they managed a team that filed over 25,000 claims and implemented workflow improvements. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, first as a Compliance Program Manager and then as an Internal Auditor, leading audits in various areas. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd., starting as Vice President, Servicing, where they implemented a subservicing oversight program, and later became Senior Vice President, Loan Administration, responsible for scaling operations and managing bulk MSR sales. Currently, they are the EVP Chief Operating Officer at Rain City Capital.

Jennifer Swank attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Jennifer'sfield of study focused on Risk Management and Real Estate. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Strayer University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
