Andrei Santalo has over 9 years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they began their career at Google as a People Technology & Operations Analyst. Andrei then joined Deloitte Consulting in 2013, where they worked as a Deputy Chief of Staff, Consultant and Business Analyst. In 2015, they moved to LinkedIn, where they worked as a Social Impact Strategy & Partnerships Lead and a Global Social Impact Programs Lead. In 2017, Andrei joined Instagram as a Product Partnerships and Strategic Planning Team Lead and a Product Partnerships & Strategic Planning Lead. In 2021, they returned to LinkedIn as the Global Head of Community and Director. Most recently, in 2022, Andrei was appointed Head of Partnerships & People at Rain.
Andrei Santalo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and studied International Business and Spanish for Business through CEA Global Campus. Andrei also holds an edX Honor Code Certificate for United States Health Policy.
