Daniel Talmon is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in physical design, with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 2021, Daniel has served as a Principal Engineer of Physical Design at Lightmatter, while concurrently holding the position of Sr. Principal Physical Design Engineer at Innovium Inc. from 2020. Previous roles include Principal Physical Design Engineer at Knowles Intelligent Audio, and Sr. Staff Physical Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, where Daniel contributed to high-performance CPU projects and tool integration. Daniel has also worked at Apple, ChipX, and Freescale Semiconductor, developing expertise in full chip implementation, library characterization, and complex physical design flows. Daniel holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned in 2000.
