Matthew Jones is a seasoned podcast and video producer with extensive experience in the media production industry. As the Founder and Executive Producer of Rainbow Creative since February 2018, Matthew has overseen the production of over 20 award-winning podcasts, including "Dollars & Sense" and "Beyond High Performance." Previously, Matthew served as a Video & Podcast Producer at Greatness Media, leading creative direction for "The School of Greatness," and as a Podcast Producer for "Navigating Narcissism" at Westbrook, which received a nomination for the 2023 Ambies. Matthew's background also includes roles in community management and digital marketing with companies such as Mindspace, WeWork, and The Walt Disney Company. Matthew holds a BA in Cinema and Media Arts from Biola University.
