Dalia is the Compliance Director at Raine. Dalia oversees and manages the compliance program for the Firm’s London office and its investment banking advisory business.
Prior to joining Raine, Dalia was the Compliance Manager at Robert W. Baird’s London office, where she was responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the compliance program across the firm’s investment banking and private equity business. She has also worked at Moelis & Company, providing compliance and legal support across their EMEA offices.
Dalia received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent.
