Chaitali Roy

Chaitali Roy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industry sectors. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for APAC at Rainforest Alliance since June 2025, Chaitali focuses on aligning human resource strategies with business goals to promote sustainable practices. Previously, Chaitali held the role of Regional HR Business Partner at Kingsley Gate from June 2018 to May 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing workplace engagement and performance management. Earlier positions encompass leadership of HR operations and transformation projects in dynamic environments, as well as administrative support for HR leadership at Aon, and executive business operations at Sumitomo Corporation Group. Chaitali's career began as a Student Relationship Manager at Roots Education Private Ltd. Following a solid educational foundation with a Post Graduation Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Anthony's College Shillong, Chaitali has developed a well-rounded expertise in human resources and operations management.
