Ladawn Kolton

Ladawn Kolton has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and technology roles.

Starting in 2002, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Albertsons for two years.

From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Product Director for the Supermarket division at Tomax.

At United Supermarkets, they worked as the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Deputy CIO from 2005 to 2006, where they developed the IT roadmap and implemented key applications.

From 2006 to 2008, they held the position of Head of Product Management at Retail Pro, responsible for product strategy and working closely with resellers and customers.

As a Product Management Consultant at djparkin, Inc., from 2008 to 2016, they worked on strategic and tactical projects for various companies in e-commerce, retail, software, and biotech industries.

Their work experience also includes a role as the Director of Product Management - Customer Loyalty at Overstock.com from 2016 to 2018, where they achieved significant growth in new memberships, renewal rates, revenue, and profit.

Currently, they are the Director of Product and Technology at Raise, overseeing project prioritization, implementation, and collaborating with other teams for maximum business benefit.

Ladawn Kolton has a strong educational background in the field of business and management. Ladawn obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Year Up, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General from El Centro College, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Ladawn Kolton has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2020, they earned the certification of Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org. In April 2020, they obtained the SAFe® 5.0 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Ladawn also holds a Certification of Completion-Financial Literacy, which they obtained from WiNGS Dallas in November 2018.
