Prior to that, André was the Derivatives Desk Manager at Czarnikow, overseeing hedge and derivatives strategies and contributing to the development of the Ethanol and Electrical Power derivatives hedge desk. André's career also includes experience as an Aircraft Delivery and Transfer Engineer at LATAM Airlines and engineer for the A350 XWB entry into service. Educational achievements include an M.Sc. in Financial Engineering from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from USP, along with technical training in aerospace engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
