Giles Lindsay is a seasoned professional in sports analytics and technology, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Technology for Rajasthan Royals since September 2021. Previously, Giles held the position of National Lead for Performance Analysis at the England & Wales Cricket Board from July 2013 to September 2021. Before that, Giles was with Leeds Rugby, where roles included Head of Analysis & Operational Development and Head of Analysis from July 2005 to July 2013. Early career experience includes positions at Opta Sportsdata as Rugby Union Executive and analyst roles at Leeds Rugby Ltd. Giles holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing with Accounting from the University of Leeds, completed in 2001.
