Izzy Noon currently serves as a Future Talent Partner at RAKBANK, starting in April 2025. Prior to this, Izzy held various roles at PwC UK, including Student Recruitment Manager from January 2021 to April 2025, where leadership responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing high-volume early career recruitment. As a Student Recruitment Officer, Izzy was involved in managing multiple recruitment pipelines and stakeholder relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment and Staffing Manager at Sodexo, where oversight of staffing for COVID-19 local testing sites was a key responsibility, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, focusing on finance professionals in the South of England. Additionally, experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Damia Group involved specializing in mid-senior level corporate roles in the IT sector. Izzy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Surrey and A Levels in Psychology from The 6th Form College Farnborough.
