Massimo Caruso

Massimo Caruso is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Raketech since July 2021, Massimo previously held a similar position at Catena Media, focusing on M&A legal counsel from October 2018 to June 2021, and at Betsson Group from January 2017 to September 2018, managing M&A and legal matters. Prior to these roles, Massimo worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for over 16 years, advancing from Junior Associate to Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A department. Massimo also gained experience as a Senior Attorney seconded to Hewlett-Packard International Sarl in 2015. Massimo's educational background includes an M. Jur in Law from the University of Oxford and a Law degree from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
