Tara Lloyd is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background, currently serving as the Head of HR EMEA and Rakuten Advertising International at Rakuten since February 2021. Previously, Tara held the position of Vice President of HR at Rakuten Advertising and acted as an HR Consultant for Rakuten Marketing Europe Limited. With over a decade of consultancy experience across various organizations, Tara has successfully transformed HR practices and enhanced the reputation of HR through data analytics and strategic partnership with business leaders. Key achievements include launching a comprehensive HR operations framework, designing competency-based assessment centers, and developing leadership capabilities in the Retail and Technology sectors. Tara holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
